Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deliver software applications to delight customers. Improve software quality using XP practices (e.g., code review, unit testing). Adhere to the Software Craftsmanship Manifesto. Prepare architectural and technical documentation. Support BA with user story elaboration. Support QA with test automation and bug fixes. Support DevOps with build and release automation.

Experience and Skills Needed:

Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer/Electronics Engineering, IT, or related disciplines. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Front-End Technologies (experience in one or more):

ReactJS TypeScript Mobile app development (e.g., Swift, Android) Other relevant stacks

Back-End Technologies (experience in one or more):

Ruby on Rails (RoR) Node.js Java/Kotlin Python Other relevant stacks

Low-Code Platforms (experience in one or more):

OutSystems Mendix Pega Appian Microsoft Power Apps

Processes and Infrastructure Knowledge:

Agile practices (e.g., Scrum, XP) CI/CD Cloud/PaaS platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Heroku) Serverless Framework Docker/container technology

Tools and Environments:

CI tools (e.g., Bamboo, TeamCity) Low-code and wireframing tools (e.g., Figma) Mac/Linux development environments Familiarity with Windows and UNIX/Linux servers Design Patterns and Unit Testing

Preferred Traits and Additional Advantages:

Experience in mobile app development Agile and UX development environment experience Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.); certifications preferred Low-code certifications preferred Traits: high self-expectations, knowledge-sharing, curiosity, quick learner, self-driven, strong problem-solving, good communication and interpersonal skills
