Job Description

During the internship, you will be part of the team that works on smart manufacturing and digital transformation-related projects. You will get the opportunity to build the knowledge base alongside the subject matter experts on topics such as robotics, automation, IoT and so on.

Role & Responsibility

• Support the regional operational technology team by developing, testing, and maintenance of systems using JavaScript, C#, and HTML.
• You will be working on projects such as functional enhancements on the Warehouse Management System (WMS), and feature improvements on the Augmented Reality (AR) application.
• Assist the team in troubleshooting and resolving issues and bugs.
• Provide technical support to end-users by troubleshooting issues and providing appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system improvements and optimizations.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
• Knowledge in C#, JavaScript, and HTML programming languages.
• Proficient level with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint).
• Able to commit to a 5 - 6 months full-time internship starting August 2023

Skills Preferred

• Self-initiative, resourcefulness, as well as good organizational, communication and people skills.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Organization and time management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with development frameworks such as ASP.NET, Vue.js and Node.js is a plus
• Basic understanding of database concepts and SQL.
• Most importantly, passion for learning and a desire to gain practical experience in a professional setting.
