Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable Application support and QA engineer to monitor and maintain theefficiency of our software applications. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in full-stackweb-technologies preferably React and Node JS.

• Coordinate with the design and development teams to resolve complex application and system

issues.

• Troubleshoot and rectify application issues.

• Provide progress updates to the Managers.

• Perform root cause analysis to identify the reasons for the underlying issue.

• Plan and execute strategies and configuration changes to ensure optimal quality assurance for

all applications

• Monitor all alerts related to applications and provide proactive services.

• Managing code migration across environments to ensure continued and synchronized

functionality.

• Debug any server issues that impact application performance.

• Develop use-cases and test scenarios, perform functional, security, performance and automated

software testing on web and mobile applications.

• Prepare and maintain documentation for all issues and the implemented solutions

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in QA and support

• Experience with full-stack web-technologies like React JS, Node JS etc.

• Knowledge of the Software Development Process

• Working with databases and data manipulation

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and testing techniques

• Adaptable technical knowledge and ability to perform multiple tasks at the same time

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Passion for quality, performance, reliability and teamwork
