We are looking for Junior to Senior Full-stack Developers to join our expanding team!

Starting from loyalty and rewards, ZAP has pioneered the first mobile number based loyalty program in the country with over 5 million members. Removing all possible points of friction for the consumer, points are awarded just using a mobile phone number – no apps, mobile data, or cards needed.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and improve ZAP software
• Handle deployment
• Understand the client's requirements and translate them into clean, efficient codes
• Attend Scrum/Agile sprints
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm, fix, or create new features/products
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers (for senior level devs)
• Perform other related tasks that may be assigned

Our requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 -years of work experience as a full-stack developer using any of these: Java, C#, or Python
• Fluent in React JS, and Node JS.
• Experience in Scala, React Native, and/or PureScript is a plus.
• Background in databases such as Postgres, Dynamo, MSSQL is a plus
• Experience with AWS or Azure is a plus.
• Ability to understand the client's requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skill.
• Capacity to learn new technologies quickly and a desire to improve existing skills.
• Good grasp of Scrum/Agile methodologies.
• Open to mentoring junior and mid-level developers (for senior level devs)
• Self-directed.
• Strong ability to work with the cross-functional teams.
• Can deliver quality work even on a remote work set-up.
