Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the work area in compliance with food safety standards
Follow the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for managing food waste
Cook, present, and garnish food items in accordance with standard recipes and presentation guidelines
Prepare food, sauces, and ingredients using various kitchen equipment, including deep fryers
Execute daily kitchen tasks and activities to support smooth operations
Assist in maintaining inventory levels, restocking supplies, and participating in stock taking
Maintain cleanliness and ensure sufficient supplies of condiments
Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor
