Job Description
Our client is the custodian of Singapore\'s heritage where they are responsible for telling the Singapore story, sharing the Singaporean experience and imparting our Singapore spirit. Come join our divsersifed and dynamic team if you are passionate about Arts & Museums.
Responsibilities:
- Ushering duties
- Use of technologies to engage with visitors
- Provide customer service to visitors
- Manage ticketing process via system
- Ensure artwork safety
- Adhered to gallery/museum etiquettes at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality
- Manages merchandise sales
- Replenishing of marketing collateral and other stocks
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisory team
Requirements:
- Able to stand and walk long hours
- Service-oriented and customer centricity
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to remain calm in stressful situation
- Self-motivated and good teamwork
- Working experience in tourism / art institutions / customer service is a plus point
