What You'll Do



Be the first point of contact for parents, students, and visitors -- offering friendly assistance and clear information about our programmes and schedules. Support student enrolments, registration paperwork, and payments. Manage phone calls, emails, and bookings promptly and professionally. Assist with centre operations such as filing, data entry, and general admin tasks. Keep our reception and common areas tidy, welcoming, and organised.

Work Hours & Pay



Weekdays (Monday - Friday): 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM Weekends (Saturday & Sunday): 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Commitment Requirement:



Able to commit for a minimum of 1 year * Weekend availability (both Saturday & Sunday) is preferred
