2. ROLE/JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for data analytics interns to analyse solar panel manufacturing and plant data. The candidate will
develop a platform to collect, organize, train and build a model for bigdata from solar power plants. They will use
machine learning libraries to suggest improvements to enhance plant performance. Our team will support the
candidates by providing insight into the type of data collected and the kind of inferences required from the data.
3. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will be responsible for collecting data from our partner sources, managing structured and unstructured

data, applying machine learning techniques for information and inference extraction.

• You will work directly with the co-founders who have over a decade experience in manufacturing sector, and

domain experts in big data analysis.
4. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Technical/

Professional:
\xef\x82\xa7 Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or relevant discipline
\xef\x82\xa7 Understand machine learning algorithms, deep learning, big data processing tools
\xef\x82\xa7 Sound programming skills with good understanding of data structures, objectoriented programming and algorithms
\xef\x82\xa7 Demonstrated experience with past projects on machine learning algorithms
\xef\x82\xa7 Programming experience in Python, Keras, Tensorflow, PyTorch, NLTK, LSTM,
SpaCy, Neo4j, MongoDB, Angular, OpenCV, Flask and/or Django is an advantage.

Sunkonnect is a young solar energy consultancy based in Singapore. We work with system owners,
developers, EPC players and manufacturers in Southeast Asia and India to make significant and long-lasting
