FULL-TIME MANAGER (BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT)
The Job:
Conduct feasibility / profitability studies of the Club's commercial spaces through market research of competitors and benchmarks on rental costs, commercial trends, etc. Source and convert leads to successful tenancies; propose tenancy terms to attract the most suitable tenants; and follow up on all lease documents till completion. Formulate and implement business models / strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the facilities / services within the Club's commercial portfolio.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma / Degree holders Preferably with 2 or more years of relevant experiences in marketing and/or business development / leasing Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills; Self-motivator; must be resourceful and be able to work independently
Additional Information:
3-year contract (potential to be re-deployed for other relevant position after completion of contract) 5-day work week (Mon to Fri) Working Hours: 8:00am to 5:15pm OR 8:30am to 5:45pm Monthly mobile allowance provided Subsidies for medical and dental * Staff transport provided at Tanah Merah MRT station
