JOB DESCRIPTION JOB DESCRIPTION You will be teaching English to Japanese students of different age groups. A majority of our students are working professionals. QUALIFICATIONS

• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field.
• Have good command of the English language or be able to communicate in English
• Can correct and improve students’ English needs (pronunciation, reading, listening, speaking, writing skills)
• Can handle Japanese students of different levels and ages
• Must know how to use Skype or Zoom.
• Must be willing to be trained.
• Must be willing to work in Makati.
• 4 Full-Time position(s) available.
• 2 tutors for each shift (AM & PM shifts)

The following are a plus but they are not required:

• Background in ESL or teaching (related educational background or work
  experience)
• TESOL Certificate
• Knowledge in Japanese/ Chinese language
• Have at least a year of office-work experience

WORKING HOURS

• 5:00AM to 2:00PM or 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM
  ** Temporary schedule until further notice: 11AM to 8PM
• Rest days on Mon-Tue or Wed-Thur
  ** If you would like to request a different rest day, the company can
  consider it as long as it’s both weekdays.

TRAINING HOURS

• Weekdays: Monday – Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM for 7-10 days depending on your performance
• Training will be held on the 10F of the Robinsons Summit Center along Ayala Avenue in Makati City.
• You will get training allowance of PHP300 per day plus transportation allowance of PHP100 per day for a maximum of 10 days

SALARY: PHP17,000 – PHP22,000

• includes the basic salary, teaching allowance, and incentives

WORK LOCATION 10F of the Robinsons Summit Center along Ayala Avenue in Makati City.
