Hiring Full-Time & Part-Time Commission Sales Executive

Role

Arrange and attend Google Meet calls with clients Conduct door-to-door sales or physical meet-ups when needed (optional for those open to it). Share our pitch decks & follow up with clients until payment is made Training & scripts provided

Commission

Probation Period (3-6 months):

10% commission per successful deal

After becoming Permanent:

Higher and better commission structure + performance bonuses Commission is

paid monthly (on the 30th or 31st)

after client payment

Easier & higher income compared to FA (Financial Advisors) & Realtors

Probation Period

3 to 6 months If performance is good converted to permanent role with more perks & incentives
