Location: Tanjong Penjuru (West | Nearest MRT Jurong East)
Salary: Gross Up To $2700 | 1-Year Renewable Contract
Working Days : 5.5 Days/Week
Working Hours:
- Mon - Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm (1 Hour Lunch Break)
- Sat: 8.30am to 12.30pm (No Break)
- Greet and assist visitors, customers, and vendors at the reception desk.
- Maintain a clean and professional reception area.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff or department.
- Assist with general inquiries from walk-ins and internal staff.
- Manage security passes for new hires and visitors.
- Coordinate private transport arrangements and ensure lobby cleanliness.
- Handle mail and deliveries at the reception counter.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
- O level, diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus
- Customer oriented with high level of service attitude
- Prior experience as a Receptionist and Admin Assistant would be an advantage (administrative and clerical procedures)
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Good verbal and written communication skills
