An established and growing Swim Club requires the services of an:
Full-Time Sports Executive
Job Responsibilities
- Engaged with coaches & parents; to cultivate relationships to create a conducive sporting environment
- Thrives off developing genuine relationships with athletes and helping them to achieve goals
- Handling coaches, swimmers and parents
- Replying emails, answering phone enquiries
- Assist with recruitment of swimmers to program
- Organizing team activities
- Manage swim meet logistic (local/overseas)
- Plan travel period of team (overseas)
- Overseas travel arrangement
- Results compilation, register swimmers for events
- Posting of activities on social media
- Calendar planning
- Other adhoc tasks as assigned
- Minimum Diploma in any field / GCE \xe2\x80\x9cA\xe2\x80\x9d Level
- Energetic and enthusiastic persona with a passion for sports and aquatics!
- Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills
- Highly proficient with good analytical skills
- Commitment to outstanding customer service
- Must be able to travel overseas
- Must be able to attend swim meets on weekends (off in lieu will be accorded)
- 5 days work week (Mon 9am - 6pm / Tue to Fri 11am - 8pm)
- Office near Buona Vista / One-North MRT
