Detailed :

Functional Analysis


Work with clients to understand business processes and gather requirements. Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows. Support solution design by liaising between business users and technical teams. Perform gap analysis and propose enhancements or solutions. Create and maintain functional documentation


Testing & Quality Assurance


Develop and execute test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on requirements. Conduct various types of testing: system, integration, user acceptance testing (UAT), regression. Manage defect lifecycle: raise, track, and retest fixes. Ensure solutions meet business needs and comply with quality standards. Collaborate with users to facilitate UAT and obtain sign-offs.


Project Delivery & Support


Assist in deployment and post-go-live support. Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives). Provide input for effort estimation and timeline planning. Work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams across geographies.

Requirements:

6. Financial or SAP experience/background is preferred.
