Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced

Functional Business Analyst (Temenos T24)

with strong expertise in Securities, Derivatives, Structured Products, and Treasury modules to support a private banking client project.


Key responsibilities include:


Act as a lead Business Analyst for Temenos T24 Securities, Derivatives, and Treasury modules. Conduct PLW sessions, prepare gap lists, and translate requirements into HLSD, FSD, and user stories. Drive process automation initiatives, including RPA project implementations. Anchor workshops, stakeholder meetings, and solutioning sessions across multi-country and multi-entity implementations. Collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum teams in an Agile environment to deliver enterprise-scale solutions. Support Pre-Sales solutioning, practice management, and functional/technical training initiatives. Build strong working relationships with global stakeholders, effectively communicate across technical and business teams, and ensure alignment of solutions.

Requirements

Minimum 12 years' experience

as a Temenos T24 Functional Business Analyst, with specialization in Securities, Derivatives, Structured Products, and Treasury modules. Strong knowledge of private banking products: Equities, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Private Equity, IPOs, Forex, Forwards, NDFs. Proven track record in

at least 2 end-to-end private banking implementations

(TAP, TDS, T24, TDH). Hands-on BA experience: preparing HLSD, FSD, user stories, and collaborating in Agile projects. Skilled in workshop facilitation, gap analysis, and stakeholder engagement. Certification in

Business Analysis (CBAP) / Agile methodology

preferred. Strong problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills in English. Familiarity with

Confluence, JIRA, Microsoft Office

. * Experience in Practice Management and Pre-Sales solutioning for large-scale implementations is an advantage.
