Responsibilities:
1. Ability to understand campaign management requirements from a business user and capture them effectively and concisely in functional specifications document
2. Engage business, technical teams in explaining the requirements captured and guide them through solution design, effort estimation, implementation planning
3. Transition functional and non-functional requirements to System Analysts, and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements
4. Work with Test Manger to translate business requirements into test scenarios
5. Maintain a backlog of features requested, and ensure they are tracked accurately across requirements, functional specifications, technical specs, testing results
6. Analyze and document the “To Be” business and operations process based on agreed requirements and /or function points, perform impact assessment
7. Facilitate/provide “Train the Trainer” on application enhancements
