Technical Skills & Experience 1. Strong business domain knowledge in banking and payments 2. Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in engineering/ business/ finance or equivalent 3. Strong quantitative, analytical, problem solving and process design skills that can translate analysis into solutions that meet business objectives 4. Understanding of technology and operational processes across functions / departments in the bank/market. 5. Resourceful team player 6. Familiar with change management processes and project management fundamentals 7. Strategic forward thinking approach to challenges with outstanding communications, influencing, negotiating and persuasion skills 8. Passionate, diligent and resilient individual with ability to thrive in ambiguity 9. Experience in scoping and evaluation \xe2\x80\x93 Defining overall considerations, including scalability, maintainability, cost, operations and technology principal risk to provide a recommendation 10. Minimum 10 years of relevant banking and/or consulting experience Domain : Cash & Payments, Channels, Trade & Loans, Global Markets
