Remuneration Package: Up to $7000 (basic) + AWS (one month bonus)
You required to provide administrative support and contribution to the smooth operation of various business functions. He/she will have to work closely with different departments and stakeholders to ensure efficient business processes, facilitate effective communication, and achieve the organizational goals.
Business coordination
Collaborate with different tribes / divisions to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
Identify areas for process improvement and propose innovative solutions to enhance productivity.
Assist in implementing and monitoring standardized procedures and workflows. * Coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project plans.
Acquire and manage financing and resourcing of the products to allow delivery to flow seamlessly
Administrative support and data management
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and emails, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
Assist in collecting, organising, and analysing data for various business reports, presentations, and projects.
Create and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other relevant tools to tools to track and manage data effectively.
Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry and maintenance.Communication and Collaboration
Engage and facilitate effective communication among internal teams and external stakeholders.
Prepare and distribute internal communications, such as newsletters, announcements, and updates.
Foster positive working relationships and promote teamwork across the organization.
Compliance and Documentations
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain and update documentation, including policies, manuals, and standard operating procedures.
Assist in coordinating audits and inspections, providing necessary documentation and support if required.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience in administrative or support roles, preferably in a technology company.
Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g. Microsoft office Suite) and collaboration platforms.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to details and accuracy in data management and documentation
