Job Summary:
Functional test manager having more than 12 years of experience in Banking domain and specialized in Private banking area
Key Responsibilities :
- Test Manager managing delivery across functional and automation testing for Private Banking
- Requirement Analysis and Planning - Preparing and getting sign off for related artifacts
- Getting approval for delivery items from client to satisfy exit criteria of each project phase
- Co-ordinating among client stakeholders and delivery team for manual and automation test design, scripting and execution activities.
- Guiding the team with domain and technical expertise to achieve project milestones
- Updating project status to client stakeholders during daily meetings. Highlighting risk, dependencies and proposing mitigation plan
- Own daily and weekly reporting to client stakeholders
- Sharing project closure related artifacts with client stakeholders and co-ordinate with business stakeholders for product demo post deployment
- Prior experience of leading a test team of more than 15 members
