Handling and monitoring the operational processes of Fund Finance
Monitor and improve fund operations policies and procedures
Maintenance of Operations Procedure Manuals
Participate in the implementation of fund structures.
Work with Fund Administrators on fund subscriptions, transfers, redemptions, and various investment reports to investors
Assist to perform regular fund NAV valuation, trade booking, reconciliation, corporate actions, NAV reporting, financial reporting as well as client reporting
Review the accuracy and completeness of clients\xe2\x80\x99 statements of accounts which will include capital activity, investment activity, income and expense accruals, valuation adjustments, etc.
Support quarterly regulatory reporting to MAS
Assist to manage and coordinate compliance and regulatory requirements involving auditors, corporate secretary, tax advisors and legal counsels
Assist in customer due diligence matters
Handle routine regulatory reporting, opening of bank accounts, ad-hoc clients\xe2\x80\x99 requests, and assist in the daily operations of the funds
Work with the management team to onboard clients
Work close with a team of finance/accounting professionals
Requirements:
A Bachelor\'s degree / Diploma in Accounting or related field
At least 5 years of relevant experience working in accounts. As this role involves fund accounting and managing a team, experience in fund accounting is a necessary requirement.
Experience in KYC/AML-related compliance matters will be an added advantage.
Deadline-oriented with the ability to complete assigned tasks independently, with minimal supervision.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with emphasis on Excel skills
Team player and able to manage a team.
