Fund Accountant (venture Capital)

Job Description
My client is a leading venture capital firm with multiple offices in Southeast Asia. They are looking to hire a Fund Accountant due to their growth. If you\'re looking to join our dynamic and diverse team, look no further!
Responsibilities:
- Managing full spectrum of financial and management reports in compliance with Singapore FRS and IFRS
- Liaising with fund administrators and reviewing their reporting packs (cash reconciliation reports, waterfall calculations, capital call distribution events, etc)
- Reporting of regulatory capital returns in compliance with MAS requirements
- Processing payments for funds
- Liaising with banks on matters including loan drawdown, loan repayment, covenants compliance reporting, account opening, etc
- Monitoring fund performance and performing analytics as required
- Coordinating with auditor and tax agent
- Preparing GST returns to IRAS
- Participating in ad-hoc projects as required
Skills required:
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Accounting or equivalent, and/or professional accounting qualification (i.e. CA, ACCA, ICAEW, CPA or equivalent)
- At least 2 years of experience in Private Equity/Venture Capital audit or fund administration in top global financial institutions
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player, organized and highly motivated
