Our client is a well known institutional real estate investor focusing on logistics and industrial assets across Asia Pacific. This role will support in fund management activities and underwriting of new investments. You will be working with a team of highly competent, internationally minded and dynamic real estate investment professionals.

Key responsibilities:

• Advising Fund Managers on most appropriate investment decisions based on quantitative analyses;
• Undertaking modelling of potential investment opportunities in the region
• Undertaking financial analysis (budgeting and forecasting) and modelling. Accountability for accuracy of financial models;
• Developing and utilising predictive mathematical and financial models to enhance return;
• Assist Fund Manager to assess and interpret complicated financial information;
• Contributing to risk analyses and suggested investment strategies to Fund Manager as required;
• Address and liaise requirements for investors
• Assisting in the preparation of investor and Board reports on a regular basis;
• Assisting the acquisition and divestment process as required;
• Completing reports for investor and management updates;
• Providing market research support to transactions/asset management activities

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in real estate investment, fund management, valuations or capital markets
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Advanced financial modelling skills and highly numerate
• Team player, strong interpersonal skills and detail oriented
• Bachelor's degree
