Fund Compliance Manager

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the firm\'s compliance with MAS Reporting requirements
- Review and maintenance of accurate compliance rules across all fund types, in accordance with Investment guidelines or compliance parameters
- Provide compliance support to the fund manager to fulfil MAS compliance requirements
- Provide ongoing compliance monitoring services to ensure fund manager is compliant with relevant rules and regulations
- Update of regulatory changes, policies and procedures
- Work closely with internal/external stakeholders - clients, fund managers, vendors, fund accountants, auditors, etc
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
- A Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree
- Minimum 5 years of fund compliance experience
- Working experience in Securities and Futures Act, CMS regulations OTC Derivatives reporting regime
- Strong working knowledge of investment guidelines, securities ratings and industry classification, benchmark indexes, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
