Responsibilities:

PCG is looking for a candidate to join the Finance team in Singapore. This role is responsible for the financial accounting, audit, tax and corporate secretarial matters of PCG and PCG-managed entities.





The candidate's role will include the following:


Reviews management accounts, financial statements, ensuring compliance with IFRS and respective fund agreements. Prepares and/or review periodic financial reports to investors Oversees audit progress and liaise with auditors, service providers etc. to ensure audits are completed in a timely manner Oversees corporate secretarial matters for the respective entities Reviews corporate tax estimates, GST and manages tax filings etc. Answers ad-hoc investors' queries, tax authorities' queries Involvement in ad-hoc projects to streamline processes and finance operations Other routine finance operations

Requirements:

Possesses a recognized degree in Accountancy with a minimum of 3 years working experience. Experience with financial year end audit, fund accounting, fund structure and reporting to investors Experience with reviewing or preparing consolidated financial statements Familiarity with JGAAP will be an added advantage Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Meticulous, responsible, self-motivated and has a positive attitude Able to analyze problems, provide solutions, and challenge information to reach mutually agreeable outcomes * Able to work independently and as part of a team
