Our client is an investor, developer, and manager of Grade A industrial and logistics real estate.With over $3bn in investment, they have over 50 operational and under development parks spread over 58 million square feet. Their logistics parks are equipped with world-class warehousing, industrial, and logistics facilities located in and around the major industrial corridors/consumption hubs. They offer ready space and build-to-suit solutions and continuously add land parcels, providing clients with easy expansion options in prime locations that reduce total logistics costs.

Role Description
The fund management analyst position will be based in Singapore and the client will provide the selected candidate with significant access to senior leaders within the firm. The candidate will have the opportunity to learn about all aspects of the real estate fund management business and will be expected to contribute to the growth of the business.

Fund Management

  • Create and maintain fund and portfolio management models
  • Analyze projected fund level cash flows, potential capital calls and distributions and projected fund performance under various scenarios
  • Assist in fund raising and investor relations (IR) activities
  • Assist the VP in the liquidity monitoring of the funds and the coordination with various internal teams with regards to capital calls and distributions
  • Assist the VP in the financial modeling and tracking of the investment management company\'s profitability
  • Preparation of investment management company quarterly reporting to the board
  • Perform ad-hoc market research projects with regards to the industry, competition, regulatory and economic landscape and returns benchmarking
  • Assist in the review of investment deal underwriting and investment committee memos
Education and/or Work Experience
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in the real estate and/or investment industries on buy or sell side
  • Institutional writing and presentation skill, attention to details
  • Good quantitative skills and a strong foundation of finance and financial analysis
  • Advance knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint, Argus a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written as well as verbal)
  • Demonstrate adaptability, flexibility and initiative
