Our client, a

renowned firm in the hedge fund industry

, is seeking a

meticulous and experienced Fund Operations Analyst

to join their team. This role is key to ensuring smooth day-to-day fund operations, including trade processing, investor servicing, and coordination with fund administrators.


The ideal candidate will bring strong operational expertise, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders such as brokers, custodians, and service providers.

Oversee day-to-day operations for multiple investment funds, including processing investor subscriptions and redemptions, managing account openings, and handling exchange membership applications. Ensure timely execution of payments, accurate recordkeeping, and proper documentation maintenance. Review Net Asset Value (NAV) reports from fund administrators and support annual fund audits, financial reporting, and regulatory declarations. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as brokers, fund administrators, and service providers; act as the primary point of contact for both external partners and internal teams. Contribute to ad-hoc projects and take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. 1-2 years of experience in fund operations or a similar financial operations role. Solid understanding of financial markets and strong grasp of financial statements. Meticulous attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Self-starter who thrives in both independent and team-based work environments, particularly in fast-paced settings. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Notion, or equivalent). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
