Job Description

Our client, an international investment funds services, is looking to expand the Global Funds Operations team. The role involves planning and supporting client migrations to investment fund platforms, and acting as the primary contact for customers, fund agents, and internal stakeholders. Key responsibilities include managing code collection, account openings, static data setup, and responding to queries while coordinating issue resolution with internal teams.

Our Ideal Candidate:
1 to 5 years of investment funds experience
Knowledge of transfers, nominee account openings at the transfer agent and portfolio migration are advantageous
Excellent communication and presentation skills, preferably with experience in customer demos
Bachelor's Degree in Banking and/or Finance related
