About the Team & Business Line:

Fund Administration is Citco\'s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry\'s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.

As a core member of our Fund Accounting team, you will be working with some of the industry\'s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.

Your Role:

  • You will review the subscription agreements of Investor Relations administration staff
  • You will follow up with Investors on missing documentation
  • You will maintain all electronic and physical Investor records
  • You will maintain bank accounts for Funds assigned
  • You will prepare and review daily and weekly performance releases
  • You will produce Investor statements and correspondence
  • You will assist with the appropriate handling of Fund Manager and Investor calls and emails
  • You will assist with various projects as assigned.
About You:
  • You have a Post-secondary education
  • You ideally have 3+ years of experience in Client Services
  • You possess excellent MS Office suite skills; Strong Excel skills
  • You will have an advantage if you have knowledge of hedge, mutual and private equity fund industry and concepts
  • You have experience in Investor Relations, as it relates to a transfer agency environment is preferred
  • You possess exceptional attention to detail
  • You have strong client service skills
  • You have superior written and verbal communication skills
  • You have the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects, and conflicting deadlines
  • You have the ability to work with large volumes of data
  • You can maintain quality and focus while working through repetitive tasks
  • You can work independently and understand when to escalate
  • You have the ability to learn and follow established policies and procedures
