Job Description

This is a hands-on operational role offering direct partnership with the founding team and full exposure to the capital raising lifecycle. You'll be the backbone of the investor relations function while building valuable relationships with institutional investors worldwide.

What You'll Do

Investor Outreach & Relationship Building

Execute targeted outreach campaigns to institutional investors including sovereign wealth funds, government investment entities, family offices, and corporate investors Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and presentations with prospective investors Maintain systematic follow-up processes and relationship tracking to ensure consistent engagement Create tailored materials and communications for different investor segments

Due Diligence & Process Management

Support investors through evaluation processes from initial interest to commitment Coordinate information requests, document preparation, and stakeholder communications Manage evaluation timelines and ensure all parties have necessary materials and updates Facilitate meetings between investors and the leadership team throughout the assessment period

Closing & Onboarding Support

Oversee administrative processes required to complete investor commitments Coordinate with legal, compliance, and administrative teams to ensure smooth completion Implement onboarding processes for new institutional partners Establish ongoing communication protocols and relationship management frameworks
