Job Description

Working Day: 5-6-5-6 work weeks (follow roster)Working Hours: 8am to 5pmLocation: Geylang BahruSalary: Basic $2600 - $3000:

• Proficient in manning call center hotlines and establish prompt follow up actions
• Establish good coordination on funeral arrangements
• Versatile with client meetings performed within office premises, on-site visits, and over virtual communication platforms
• Transfer the dearly departed to funeral homes
• Work closely with operations staff and Finance Team
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Possess class 3 driver license is preferred
• Relevant industry experience is an advantage
• Comfortable working in the funeral industry
• Able to do shift work, and work on Public Holidays and Overtime
