Proficient in manning call center hotlines and establish prompt follow up actions
Establish good coordination on funeral arrangements
Versatile with client meetings performed within office premises, on-site visits, and over virtual communication platforms
Transfer the dearly departed to funeral homes
Work closely with operations staff and Finance Team
Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
Possess class 3 driver license is preferred
Relevant industry experience is an advantage
Comfortable working in the funeral industry
Able to do shift work, and work on Public Holidays and Overtime
