Funeral Operations & Driver
Job Description
Take part in main funeral operations and logistical responsibilities including:
Facilitation of funeral rites and rituals, directing families as needed
Transferring of the deceased(from location of death or to funeral location)
Dressing of deceased
Preparation of funeral logistics(decorations, ritual items etc)
Preparation of coffins and caskets
In office, to assist in funeral related administrative and ad-hoc duties such as:
Ensuring office logs are properly filled up
Ensure forms and relevant documents are well kept
Maintain cleanliness of office
Ensuring logistics are well kept & clean
Any other ad-hoc tasks that might come up during working hours
Requirements to qualify for the job:
English and Mandarin literacy and proficiency for administrative duties and communication with families
Overtime as needed due to the nature of the job(Overtime pay will be given)
Physical strength is required for movement of heavy objects (e.g caskets)
Meticulous in work
Willing to learn the different types of religious funeral and apply accordingly
Class 3 manual driving license holders have an advantage
Knowledge of advertising, marketing or social media have an advantage
