Furniture Production Manager (vietnam Based)

Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Plays a critical role in
overseeing the entire manufacturing process from start to finish
Manageday-to-day production operations for the modular furniture line
Responsible for ensuring production schedules are met, maintaining quality control, optimizing workflowSupervise and managed a team of production
workers (400 & above)
Your goal is to streamline operations and improve efficiency while upholding the highest standards of qualityIdentify and implement process improvements
to enhance productivity and reduce material wastage costs Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of materialsMonitor production metrics and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Ensure compliance with
safety standards and regulationsTroubleshoot and resolve any production issues
that ariseJob Requirements:
Willing to be based in Vietnam Diploma & above in Manufacturing or a related field
At least 7+ years of which two years of overseas manufacturing plant experience
Ability to handle up scaling of production operators to 700 - 1500
Strong understanding of production management processes and methodologies. Ability to analyze and optimize production workflowsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Have strong work ethic, be highly organized, detail oriented, and proactive Possess strong business acumen and operations process driven Positive, upbeat personality with the ability to inspire and motivate staff in a team environment A passion for the home / furniture and the design / production process Must love a fast-paced creative environment Excellent leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and organizational skillsCompetencies
