As a

Future Leader Trainee

, you will:


Teach & Inspire:

Deliver engaging

primary-level Math or Science

classes while ensuring academic excellence.

Drive Business Growth:

Play a key role in

student recruitment and business expansion

--develop strategies, engage parents, and help grow our student base.

Lead & Innovate:

Gain hands-on experience in

marketing and curriculum design

to become a future leader in EdTech.

What You'll Do:



1. Teaching & Academic Excellence



Conduct high-quality

Math/Science lessons

for primary students. Track student progress, provide feedback, and build strong relationships with parents.

2. Business Growth & Student Recruitment



Develop and execute

strategies to attract new students

(online/offline outreach, community engagement, and partnerships). Analyze market trends and

optimize conversion strategies

to drive enrollment. Represent Think Academy at

education fairs, school events, and parent workshops

.

3. Leadership & Innovation



Contribute to

curriculum development

based on Singapore's education system. Lead projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and propose business growth initiatives.
