About Future Talent Programme

Future Talent Program is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in July 2023. You will onboard an individual designed development program for 24 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person.

As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!

From day one you will be delivering results as a true team member following a development plan that is specifically designed for you and your position. You will support the Maintenance Department and the Production Team with topics related to maintenance and automation. In this position you will cooperate with several stakeholders, including Quality, WCM, Customer Service, building your knowledge on how the packaging material is produced.
The program starts on July 01 2023.
The position is based in Jurong, Singapore, Full time- Permanent role.

What you will do

As our Future Talent Program - Automation Engineer you will learn about:

Automation

Create, develop, test, and support factory automation systems.

Work with production process teams to create integrated software standards and processes and tools to get better quality and efficient control of production processes.

Develop solutions that will make the operations safer and more efficient by using on data science and analytics, automation and internet of things (IOT) in day to day operations.

Test, commission and trouble shoot of production machine control systems.

Handle projects to improve equipment functionality and performance through design changes.

Maintenance

Plann and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure the accuracy and reliability of instrumentation, SCADA, control and safety systems.

Use digital tools to make step-change improvements in equipment reliability and condition monitoring and predictive maintenance.

Lead technicians for machine issues troubleshooting, root cause analysis and implement effective countermeasure.

Using Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) tools and methodologies to improve machine\'s reliability, reduce downtime and maintenance cost.

Maintain adequate and orderly documentation for maintenance department.

Work closely and maintain good working relationship with peers and production staff to achieve the required reliability and performance from the machines.

Utilise, in conjunction with process controls, the big data analysis to drive increase in productivity and quality of output

Recently completed your studies in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Manufacturing)

A solid, professional personality and the ability to build and use networks.

A problem solver with a strong personal drive.

Strong analytical mind-set

A true finisher and have the ability to work independently.

A team player with outstanding communication skills.

You are fluent in English, both written and verbal
