About the Department

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• First line partner in advisory and oversight of Operational Risk and Conduct Risk matters
• Oversight and management of risk assessment, controls and reporting of e.g. KRCSA, KORI, TPRM, Business Continuity Management
• Oversight on issues/incidents/findings on root causes to ensure resolution for systemic issues
• Develop(s) techniques/methodologies for effective and pre-emptive risk monitoring and management
• Drive(s) culture and conduct initiatives and monitor adherence to conduct risk appetite
• Elevates risk awareness and competencies through communications and training
• Key liaison across 3 lines of defence; proactive engagements with first line and senior business stakeholders on risk management
• Secretariat for PFS Risk Forums and key liaison across 3 Lines

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• At least 5 to 8 years of related working experience; prior experience in operational risk management within a financial institution is preferred

• Good presentation and data analytics skills
• Good stakeholder management skills
• Independent, resourceful and good team player
