About the Department

Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.

We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.

Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

Job Responsibilities

• Candidate will work closely with operations teams to review and design target processes.
• Candidate will work closely with operations teams to develop list of efficiency projects and monitor the delivery.
• Candidate will analyze, design, model and map the processes
• Candidate will conduct meetings to review the list of initiatives with senior stakeholders to ensure it is relevant.
• Candidate will conduct training on process re-engineering principles, methodology and artifacts required.
• Compiling and publish monthly metrics to stakeholders.
• Assist the department to drives efficiency culture across all teams
• Build up a strong knowledge of the operating process and procedures for each Operating Centers
• Keep up to date on the banking policy governing operations
• Will need to provide guidance to a pool of change champions across operations

Job Requirements

• Preferably 6 Sigma trained
• The candidate must have at least 7 years of experience in process re-engineering roles
• Strong process modelling, analysis, and design
• Good understanding on the application of all the tools used in 6 Sigma methodology
• Strong communication and management skills, especially with senior stakeholders
• The candidate must have at least 7 years of operations in Operations
• Prior experiences in trade operations, cash management operations, loans operations
• Candidates with change management experience will have an advantage
