• Lead and manage complex process reengineering projects across multiple banking functions (e.g. retail banking operations, wholesale banking operations and contact center)
• Design and implement Lean Six Sigma frameworks, methodologies, and tools to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify operational inefficiencies, process risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate process discovery workshops, value stream mapping, and root cause analysis sessions with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Drive initiatives to simplify, digitize, and automate processes, working with technology and data teams.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of process improvement projects, with clear business cases and ROI tracking.
• Mentor, coach, and develop a team of Lean Six Sigma practitioners, fostering a culture of operational excellence.
• Monitor and report on operational performance metrics, improvement outcomes, and cost savings.
• Work closely with operations teams to review and design target processes, and ensure all process changes are compliant with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and operational risk standards.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior management on operational strategy, process governance, and efficiency initiatives.
