Responsibilities

Execute end-to-end FX trade lifecycle processing, including confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation of FX spot transactions. Investigate and resolve trade discrepancies, failed settlements, and other operational issues promptly, ensuring strict adherence to cut-off times and risk controls. Perform daily reconciliation of nostro accounts, manage cash funding, and handle ad-hoc client inquiries related to settlements and payments. Actively support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies, assisting in the development of enhanced controls, and contributing to system testing and implementation. Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices, while maintaining accurate operational procedures and documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. 3 to 7 years of direct experience in FX operations or settlement within a banking or financial institution. Strong, practical knowledge of the FX trade lifecycle. Demonstrated experience in supporting process improvement, automation, or change management projects.. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a deadline-driven environment. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with Front Office, Technology, and other stakeholder teams.
