Job Description
About the FX Settlements Analyst role:
In this business-critical role, you will be responsible fo handling trade operations such as FX trade processing, clearing, and settlements for equities products, and providing guidance and strategic input. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in projects aimed at systems and product enhancement and UAT.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor the team to ensure trades are settled accurately and in a timely manner
- Carry out FX Derivatives settlements processses
- Daily reconciliation of securities positions and holdings
- Identify trade breaks and perform reconciliations, resolving any discrepancies
- Review operations processes, recommending any potential automation/digitalisation
- Participate in the strategic development and implementation of new systems, products, and services
Key requirements:
- Degree holder with minimum 4 years working experience in a private banking function
- Good understanding of FX derivative products
- Proven track record of accurate execution and an eye for details
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, VBA
