Teaching with Boutique Education

Teaching at Boutique Education, you will be provided with the tools and resources to create engaging learning experiences for students and have the opportunity to broaden or deepen your skills through specialist teacher training. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and implement tailor-made programmes for students.
• Ensure that students' goals are achieved.
• Deliver tuition in a fun and creative manner.
• Cater to students' specific educational needs.
• Complete required administrative paperwork.
• Live and breathe the Boutique Education way in all your teaching.

Requirements

About You:

You're passionate about helping students achieve their academic potential and you enjoy teaching children of different ages. Moving to a new country and discovering a different culture is exciting and you know you will need to be adaptable and flexible to deal with the challenges this will bring. You love forming personal connections but you're independent and confident. People would describe you as a warm, yet professional and energetic person that likes to stay active and discover new things.

Skills and other requirements:

• Native English speaker
• 1 to 2 years' experience in teaching or tutoring
• Undergraduate or post-graduate teaching degree from a reputable university
• Comfortable communicating with students, parents, team members and management alike
• Willing to teach at our centre, as well as students' homes and travel via taxis between classes
• Keen to embrace our company culture and ethos to education and to participate in activities such as holiday camps as and when they come up
• Slightly tech savvy would be a plus to work with our apps and other systems
