Welcome and serve customers by providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
Maintain and develop client relationships through a personalized approach, leveraging CRM and digital tools.
Actively collaborate with team members and domestic/international departments, seizing sales opportunities to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
Demonstrate thorough brand and product knowledge.
Handle customer complaints effectively, liaising with the manager when necessary.
Ensure and maintain high standards of shop floor and visual displays, complying with company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
Be willing to work in shifts as required.
On-the-job training will be provided.
High potential for promotion to management level.
Requirements:
Passion for human relations and sales.
Problem-solving skills, curiosity, and interest in luxury, art, and design.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
