Job Description

Responsibilities:



Provide timely and professional customer support to players through in-game channels, email, and social media Handle player inquiries and issues, escalating technical problems to relevant teams when necessary Maintain a positive and engaging player community, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention Collect and analyze common player feedback, providing suggestions to improve the overall gaming experience Contribute to the development and updating of the customer support knowledge base


Requirements:



Passion for gaming, with familiarity in mobile and social games Strong communication skills and empathy to understand and resolve player concerns Proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is required Additional proficiency in Japanese, Korean, or Malay will be considered a strong advantage Previous customer service experience (e.g., online support, e-commerce, or game customer service) is a plus * Willingness to work on shifts, including evenings and weekends, will be an advantage
