Work with a team to produce design elements for serious games and roleplay simulations, including - but not limited to - logos, print and digital layouts, web assets, concept/mood boards, etc.
There will be subject matter experts on the team and your job is to recommend and create impactful designs/layouts for the material/content generated to support the work of this team.
Expected to meet both online and in person to carry out this project, although working hours and location is somewhat flexible as long as team working norms are respected and outcomes are met.
Contribute on other pieces of work for the department if your schedule and bandwidth allows. These may not necessarily be in the field of new media or visual design and communications, but do offer extensive opportunities to experience capability development, research, data analytics, and more within a learning & development (L&D) context.
Requirements:
To be considered for the role, you must attach a design portfolio (or link to one online) that showcases examples of your design work.
Ability to translate specific subject matter into good visual design for engagement, immersiveness, and communication purposes.
Good critical reasoning skills.
Comfortable interacting face to face/on video with team members
