Job Description

We are currently looking for a Graphics Motion Artist to join our small, yet exciting and ever-growing team. The Graphics Motion Artist will be in charge of the generation and visualisation of various creative ideas and concepts along with the design of eye-catching and captivating motion graphics. These will be done with skills such as video editing, storyboarding and others to be used for advertisements, marketing campaigns, websites etc.

Responsibilities:

• Create performing ads on a mobile format by using motion design

• Benchmark ads from casual/puzzle gaming competitors

• Bring new ad ideas and canvas by creating new, as well as using previous visual content as insight for digital marketing ad campaigns.

• Research and analyse various digital motion techniques and frameworks for motion design

• Analyze the creative performances on acquisition channels (Facebook, Google Adwords...)

• Align with company’s guidelines, deadlines and standards to continuously enhance on our productivity and end-product.

• Willing to innovate and to continuously adapt and improve in order to push the boundaries of ad creation or video creation with new ideas and formats with a focus on performance and effectiveness.

• Design and produce graphic motions for our games along with videos, including music along with voiceovers if any.
  

What do we expect?

• High proficiency in Adobe After-effects

• Knowledge of Unity and the willingness to learn more and to master it.

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role in the gaming industry is preferred.

• Good knowledge and interest in puzzle and casual games.

• Strong Marketing Skills

• A good track record in terms of successful games published, preferably puzzle/casual mobile games.

• A never-ending desire to learn new techniques and technology to advance your craft

• Superb visual and conceptual skills to solve problems and create novel solutions
