Job Description


Got an eye for aesthetics, and a brain for business? We are looking for a Marketing professional with the creative skills to help us engage with mass consumers in the high-tech gaming space! You will be joining a team that plans and executes global B2C go-to-market strategies and product branding efforts in one of the world's fastest-growing sectors. (Graphic Design candidates with a keen interest in branching into Marketing will also be considered.) Responsibilities

  • Work closely with cross-functional teammates to plan and execute large-scale global Marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the production of effective and high-quality digital marketing assets and content, both through vendors and in-house.
  • Help plan and contribute ideas towards holistic Marketing campaigns including product branding, creative production, user acquisition, social media, PR, and other related efforts.
  • Work within close-knit project teams to drive growth in product awareness, customer conversion, brand presence, and customer word-of-mouth throughout the life-cycle of a product.
  • Conduct market, audience, and competitor research.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to understand evolving business objectives and formulate Marketing plans that best suit each channel, product and/or target audience.
  • Be meticulous in vetting and ensuring the quality of communications and assets before they go out to market.
  • Report on campaign performance and contribute ideas on effectiveness and areas for improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Excellent time and people management skills to handle cross-departmental, multi-organizational, and multi-national teamwork.
  • Strong interest and familiarity with various digital mass communication platforms, including web and social media.
  • Sufficient Graphic Design training or experience to handle simple digital assets such as banners, logos, icons, posters, etc.
  • Ability to balance business objectives with creative thinking.
  • Analytical, and keen to translate data into consumer insights.
  • Detail- and customer-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Organized and self-motivated, with a good sense of priority.
  • Possess empathy, teamwork, and a high level of emotional intelligence.
  • Passion for gaming, e-commerce, and/or digital media in general.
Extra-Special Bonuses!
  • Knowledge of video production and editing, and/or motion graphics.
  • Experience in digital content creation and/or streaming.
  • Experience managing external vendors/parties, such as designers, agencies and partners.
  • Any portfolio in 2D illustrations or 3d modeling.
