Gaming Assistant (Full Time / Part Time)

We are one of the virtual reality gaming experience centres in Singapore. We deliver social multiplayers and solo experiences, with most extensive game library available in Singapore. We provide immersive virtual reality experiences including VR Arcade, VR Escape, and VR MMOFPS games. Which is perfect for team building, birthday parties, and VR events.

Working day: 6days (Rest day fall on weekday)

Working hour: Retail Working Hour (Full Time) / Prefer weekday 1pm-6pm (Part Time)

Salary: Gross salary $2,400-$2,600 + 2% medical allowance + 0-10% bonus (Depend on performance) / Part time $10 per hour

Location: Kallang Wave Mall (Nearby Stadium MRT)

Job Scope:

• Guide and explain the VR games\xe2\x80\x99 rules and procedures to customers.
• Oversee operation of the game station.
• Test and be familiar with all VR games offered in the shop.
• Answer customers\xe2\x80\x99 queries.
• Carry out easy technical troubleshooting, e.g. Pc, booking system, game etc.
• Other operational work (eg cashiering, cleaning, and disinfecting etc).

Job Requirement:

• Passion in games / VR Gaming.
• Basic PC skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience in service/retail industry is an advantage.
• Willing to work on weekend and public holiday.
