Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Sales professional to join a growing team in APAC, supporting Vietnam.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving publisher adoption of the product for gaming mobile app developers.
The product suite provides real-time advertising technologies for publishers including yield optimization for gaming mobile Apps.
The Strategic Partner Manager will work closely with the cross functional team in APAC including Solutions Architect team, Gaming Platform Partnership team, Advertiser sales team, local teams in Vietnam and various other cross-functional teams in HQ.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with other members of the product and the leadership team to drive the long-term business plan for their area of responsibility.
  • Lead and support revenue and strategic account planning for the current customer base. Develop and execute on customer success plans and create the conditions for adoption and growth.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations with assigned accounts with an eye to delivering an unparalleled service experience.
  • Provide local thought leadership in the region and represent the company at various industry conferences, publisher events and developer forums.
  • Represent and convey the [Product Name]\'s value proposition to audiences ranging from Senior Executives to technical stakeholders, driving adoption, engagement and growth.
  • Engage regularly with customers via strategic and operational reviews to evaluate needs and strategic direction.
  • Act in a consultative capacity to influence and educate Publisher sales and marketing teams on go-to-market strategies to achieve and exceed their business growth goals.
  • Bring publisher feedback from the field back to the Product team to influence product roadmap development.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the products and service offerings, adapt quickly to product changes and communicate these strategically to stakeholders.
  • Report on revenue trends, market feedback, business forecasting and goals.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Manage the entire new business sales cycle including identifying and approaching top and mid-tier publishers in region, educating them on the overall Publisher Solution value proposition, negotiating terms, closing contracts, and helping onboard the customer.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Deep understanding of the Vietnam mobile app developer ecosystem and competitive monetization solutions, gaming experience is a bonus.
  • 7+ years of overall business experience across sales, business development, product marketing in the mobile ecosystem.
  • 3+ years\' experience with Ad tech technology companies (such as DSPs, SSPs, Ad Networks, In-app measurement platforms) and understanding of ad serving technology, exchanges, DSPs, Video CMSs.
  • Deep understanding of the mobile and online advertising markets, open to learn new tech, new products, innovative ideas.
  • Proactively collect the market feedback, competitors\' or industry dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels of an organization. Strong analytical skills with the ability to tell a powerful story using data.
  • Ability to structure, negotiate, and maintain significant and complex strategic relationships (familiarity with advertising terms & conditions & Hardcore Gaming preferable)
  • Ability to work in a very high growth and cross functional environment.
  • Fluency in both English and Vietnamese as the role requires engaging with partners in Vietnam whose usual business language is Vietnamese.
  • Relationships with the mobile ecosystem, ideally with top 100 app developers and publishers in the Vietnam region.
