The Talent:
Bachelor\'s Degree/Masters preferred
At least 7 years of Consumer Marketing or Channel Marketing experience (with a focus on partner and program management).
Proven-track record of being an independent negotiator and influencer
Experience working in the Gaming, Entertainment or Software industry is a must-have.
Well-versed in the use of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
Excellent communicator.
Business-level Mandarin is a must-have as you will be expected to work closely with partners in the Greater China region who may only do business in Mandarin
Develop and execute the \'gaming subscription\' marketing strategy and plan for Asia telco partners, aligned with the global and regional objectives and priorities.
Work with the Partner marketing team and the external partners to create and deliver effective and innovative marketing campaigns and programs that drive \'gaming subscription\' paid subscriber growth, retention and sales.
Customise marketing support for gaming device telco partners depending on the engagement model the company now have in place with the customer
Co-ordinate with the Asia \'gaming subscription\' Category Lead and the global \'gaming subscription\' team to leverage the \'gaming subscription\' content assets and value proposition in the marketing activities.
Manage the telco \'gaming subscription\' marketing budget and ROI, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization of resources and alignment with the local sub, regional and global guidelines.
Monitor and analyze the \'gaming subscription\' marketing performance and impact, using data and insights to optimize and improve the marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
