Job Description

A Leading Insurance organization is looking for a visionary GCP Senior Solution Architect with deep expertise in Generative AI (GenAI) to design and deliver next-generation cloud-native solutions. You'll play a critical role in shaping and executing AI-first digital transformation strategies , leveraging the latest in Google Cloud technologies and AI innovation.
What You'll Do

• Architect and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Lead the development of GenAI-driven applications using cutting-edge tools such as Vertex AI, PaLM, Gemini , and custom LLMs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams-- data scientists, ML engineers, and business leaders --to turn business objectives into technical realities
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship , guiding engineering teams through complex design and deployment processes
• Drive innovation through architecture reviews, PoCs, and performance optimization
• Stay ahead of the curve on the latest GenAI trends, tools, and GCP services , continuously enhancing our solution capabilities

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 8-12 years of IT experience , with 4+ years specializing in GCP architecture
• Hands-on expertise with GenAI frameworks like LangChain, Hugging Face, or OpenAI APIs
• Solid understanding of LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering , and model evaluation
• Proficiency across GCP services: BigQuery, Cloud Functions, GKE, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub , etc.
• Practical experience implementing MLOps and CI/CD pipelines in cloud ecosystems
• GCP Professional Cloud Architect certification is a strong advantage

• Experience in multi-cloud or hybrid cloud architecture
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance in AI-driven environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills , with the ability to bridge technical and business teams
