INITIA GROUP is looking for a

GELATO SERVER (PART TIME)

!

Location: Orchard Rate: 15-18/hr
Work timings available: (4hrs straight duty)

12 nn - 4 pm

6 pm - 10 pm

We are seeking highly motivated and passionate individuals to deliver warm, friendly, and exceptional food & beverage service standards within the INITIA Group F&B Brands. He/She will assist the outlet in charge in boosting sales while delivering excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet customers warmly and provide excellent, friendly service. Scoop and serve gelato accurately and attractively according to portion standards. Prepare gelato-based items (e.g., cones, cups, sundaes, affogatos, milkshakes). Refill display cases with gelato, ensuring freshness, cleanliness, and visual appeal. Monitor gelato stock levels and report shortages or quality issues to the supervisor. Operate POS systems and handle transactions Follow food safety and hygiene regulations, including temperature control and storage standards. Assist in daily opening and closing procedures. Participate in inventory checks and assist in product rotation (FIFO system).

REQUIREMENTS:

No experience required Prefer a candidate with excellent communication skills and with good command of Mandarin and English Able to work independently and demonstrate POSITIVE energy Friendly, outgoing, and dedicated to outstanding customer service Minimum working days are 1 weekday and 1 weekend each

Work Visa will not be provided by the company
